30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them

• Unworn, unused, and uninstalled

• With original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Because we operate through third-party fulfilment partners (dropshipping), returns must be approved before shipping them back.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@tech-xclusive.com with:

• Order number

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return

• Supporting photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

If approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The product arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

• The item is defective

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Customized or personalized products

• Personal care items

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

• Perishable goods

• Gift cards

• Sale/Clearance items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete the return process first. Once approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery—no explanation required. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
