Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

If we experience high order volume or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Because Tech-Xclusive operates through trusted third-party fulfillment partners (dropshipping), delivery timelines vary by destination:

  • United States, Canada, UK, Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days

  • Africa (including Nigeria): 10–20 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 8–18 business days

These are estimates; carrier delays, customs checks, and logistics issues may affect delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, and carrier rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

Multiple Packages

If you purchase multiple items, they may ship separately from different supplier warehouses to ensure faster delivery—at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Tech-Xclusive is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT, depending on your country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

However, if your package is significantly delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us—we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you and offer:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit
